Artistic projects offer significant potential to revitalize communities. RPGA Studio has taken plots of land that were being used as garbage dumps and underpasses that crossed through the hubs of communities and turned them into destination spots and places of pride.

 

With small investments of dollars we have had success getting others to volunteer their time and money to grow a community.
